BEFORE  June 30th
Complete the online: go to “Entry Form” page and complete.  Don’t forget, click the payment button for PayPal or credit cards to submit payment for entry. An email will be sent confirming your entry.  Or print and mail the pdf version HERE.
An entry fee of $25 is required.
